Martin Johnson is a strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience across corporate strategy, M&A, technology, payments, and business development. He works selectively with CEOs and boards on strategy and with investors seeking sector expertise.

Martin is also a Managing Director at Sequel Advisors, a middle-market investment bank, where he advises clients on M&A and strategic matters.

Previously, Martin served as Head of Corporate Development at CoStar Group, leading domestic and international M&A across real estate technology, data, marketplaces, and information services.

Earlier in his career, Martin spent 12 years at Visa in leadership roles spanning global commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, business development, and commercial payments. He began his career at Deloitte, advising energy and financial services technology clients.
